Artiq Pty Ltd (“Artiq”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information in connection with our analytics software, data lakehouse services and consulting services.

Where Artiq processes personal information under a separate written services agreement, that agreement may contain additional data handling provisions. In the event of inconsistency, the services agreement prevails.
